List of competitors in the 11th OSCYP
Less than two weeks remained to the beginning of the competition on the Kotelnica slope in Białka Tatrzańska. The list of competitors who confirmed participation in the eleventh edition of OSCYP Snowboard Contest is almost complete. Today more snowboarders have declared their participation. On 2 February we will see which one of them will reach for victory.
Who won the most of the OSCYP titles over the eleven years of competition? Users of social media most often indicated Wojtek Pawlusiak, but it was Piotrek Janosz who won the most titles and he is the current king of the snowboard series. Among the leaders there are also: Tomek Wolak and Kuba Dytkowski. All four of them stood twice on the top step of the podium and they are currently the dominators of the OSCYP Snowboard Contest. After the eleventh edition this situation may change significantly.
On 2 February we will probably see neither Wojtek Pawlusiak nor Piotr Janosz, which considerably increases the chances of winning of the remaining riders. Instead, we will see Tomek Wolak, who, if he wins in Białka Tatrzańska, will become the first competitor in history who got three wins in the most prestigious snowboard competitions organized on Polish soil. However, there are also few candidates who want to join the elite club of leaders. The first of them is award-winning Rafał Sypień, who gained so far only one victory in the competition. The second challenger is Mateusz Zielonka, the triumpher of the first edition of the OSCYP Snowboard Contest and the winner of the Polish edition of the MasterChef culinary program, he confirmed his participation in the eleventh edition of a snowboard contest.
On the list of confirmed competitors there appeared also names known from the previous years. We will see again the veteran of the stage - Michał Ligocki, as well as the eternal snowboard scene hunter - Maciek Długosz. There will also be oldschool tricks of Wojtek Rybicki and fresh blood of Krzysiek Owczarek. All of them will appear on 2 February in Białka Tatrzańska to fight during the eleventh edition of the OSCYP Snowboard Contest.
